A Veteran of many conflicts in the world, his role in the air and ground combat has played a significant role in the nation’s history and outcome in many serious conflicts of this century. As a serious partner of this ministry for decades, Dr. Valrey, stands as a champion in Christian Education and improvement of our youth throughout the world . We recognize him in this church as a leader of human improvement and betterment . As visionary for human good , he stands in this Nation Aviation Hall of flame. He has been awarded the Doctor of Humane Letters from Payne Bible College. “He is a living Legacy.” Our prayers are with him and his home daily.
